Most jurisdictions allow 40-70 days from receiving your tax notice in the mail to file an appeal.

Make a request:

Request the sales/information the tax assessor used to value your home, as this will help you make a stronger case for a tax reduction. The tax assessor is legally required to provide this information upon request, so be sure to do it as soon as possible. You can find the tax assessor's contact information in your tax notice.

Information gathering:

Input the tax sales into our system to check your assessed tax value.

Refund Policy

We guarantee our appeal reports, a refund will NOT be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. If your appeal value falls INSIDE of our indicated appeal value range
  2. If you fail to file for a refund within 45 days of your appeal hearing
  3. If you cannot provide proof that your appeal was unsuccessful, which should be in the form of a tax assessor letterhead that includes the date and time of the appeal hearing
  4. Any modification in the initial property tax assessment amount or a freeze in your property taxes for any number of years will be considered a successful appeal, regardless of the value change.
